K-ID

k-ID (https://k-id.com) is a Singaporean identity verification company that provides facial recognition technology to online platforms. Notable customers include Discord, Snapchat, Twitch and Kick.

k-ID gained significant attention when Discord started using their SDK for age verification. This led to the community developing a number of projects, such as xyzeva's k-id-age-verifier, which create a spoofed input to bypass the restrictions.
